Follow signposts for Acomb,Wall and Bellingham.

Continue through Acomb Village and Wall Village you will then come to crossroads turn right on to B6318(military road). We are up Brunton bank on left hand side up a private
lane. Carry on up this lane and Kiln Rigg is first on the right.

Directions walking from Newcastle to Carlisle.

Kiln Rigg is just outside the village of Wall.

As you are walking Hadrian's wall path you will meet a remaining part of Hadrian's wall called Plantrees continue on the path into a wooded area.

When you emerge from the woodland immediately look right across main road (Milatairy Road) to see Kiln Rigg Sign at Road Side, Make your way up country lane approximately 800 yards Kiln Rigg is situated on right hand side.
